Every engagement ends with your team able to run what we built. That is a deliverable, not a courtesy.
Diagnose. Two to four weeks with your people and your data. We report what we found, including the parts nobody wanted to hear.
Design. Options with costs, risks and a recommendation. You choose; we do not sell you the largest programme we can staff.
Build. Short increments, something working at the end of each one, and no surprises at the demo.
